Clearview will arrange accurate market valuations and estate agent appraisals on the property and report to the Client with a recommended marketing plan.

Clearview will coordinate any survey or specialist reports required to assist with the sale of the property.

Once the property has been valued Clearview will manage its disposal using the most suitable Estate Agent to market it. Our experienced team will ensure that steps are taken to minimise delays and obtain the earliest possible completion.

Part Exchange Services

The Part Exchange Scheme operated by Clearview Relocation enables the developer to release funds by reducing the amount of capital tied up in property.

By part exchanging a lower value property with that of a higher value, equity is released to enable further investment in property/land.

Clearview will arrange accurate market appraisals on the prospective purchaser's property and report to the Client with the recommended 'buy in' figure.

Clearview will coordinate any survey or specialist reports required to assist with the buy-in.

Once the property has been purchased Clearview will manage its disposal using the most suitable Estate Agent to market it. Our experienced team will ensure that steps are taken to minimise delays and obtain the earliest possible completion.

Being independent, Clearview are able to select the most suitable agent to market the property and do not receive any introductory commissions.

Insurance Services
