Each home search is unique and is designed to work around the individual’s personal circumstances while complementing our client’s policies, budgets and culture.
One Point of Contact
Whether on an ‘Accompanied’ or ‘Unaccompanied’ basis your assignee will have one centralised, highly experienced relocation specialist as their point of contact for all their relocation requirements. The case manager will be with them every step of the way and will be there to talk them through and provide information sheets on each stage of the home search process.
How it Works
Following an initial call, we will provide each assignee with their own personalised ‘Information Pack’ along with access to our web based ‘UK Area Guide’ and the Clearview App. A sensible plan of action will then be put in place, something that incorporates all the different elements of their move with the minimum amount of disruption.
At the appropriate time we will source all available and suitable property options to include within the search. We don’t just look online at the various search engines which can be misleading and out of date, our property consultants are local experts and will utilise their local network, talking with all the agents and Landlords to see what is available. Viewings will be arranged and accompanied by our local representative who will ensure that no stone is left unturned and that the ideal property is found.
Through our many years in the business, we have become experts in the art of negotiation and reading relevant market data so are able to agree a the most competitive rent along with favourable and flexible terms.
Tenancy agreements can be complex, so your dedicated relocation consultant will be there to ensure that the tenancy agreement reflects what has been agreed, that it is ‘tenant friendly’ and safeguards not only the deposit but also the occupant’s best interests.
Once the agreement has been signed, we will help coordinate the payment of the deposit and first month’s rent to ensure that there are no hiccups when the tenancy starts. We will assist with the setup of any new services that may be required such as broadband, telephone and satellite TV. A personalised local information pack with information on everything from parking permits, recycling, doctors, dentists through to sports clubs and shopping will also be provided.
